Major Uses:
Pharmaceutical Intermediate Synthesis thiotrzinone , one of the pro-drugpreparations for Cephalosporins Agrochemicals Intermediate 1.Herbicide Intermediate Synthesis Pyrazolate, Benzofenap,Pyrazoxyfen 2.Acaricide Intermediate Synthesis Fenpyroximate, Tebufenpyrad,Tolfenpyrad
Manufacturing Method:
MMH is prepared from reation of Methanol and Hydrazine Hydrate at elevated pressure: 0.7——1.3Mpa through catalytic treatment with Dichloromethane and
hydrochloric acid. MMH is removed by distillation from the reaction mixture in a low boiler fraction and this low boiler fraction is optionally subjected to
a rectification. Methanol and hydrazine hydrate were recycled through technological operation control.
